We are a small team of professionals from various backgrounds and sectors. Together we combine expertise as entrepreneurs, trainers, HR practitioners, consultants and researchers comfortable in small business, corporate enterprise or non-governmental organisations.

We are an international group that believes in creating synergies cross disciplines and cultures to stimulate our clients to think "out of the box".

Over the last 17 years Uta has followed her passion for inspiring change in people management and business development across different countries, cultures and industries. Uta has delivered a broad range of change management projects, strategic HR interventions and training programmes for professional services in the UK. As a co-founder of Working Visions Associates, a HR consultancy dedicated at architectural design businesses Uta highly enjoyed working alongside passionate designers and with internationally renowned practices such as Richard Rogers and Zaha Hadid. Prior to coming to the UK, Uta managed a Starwood Luxury Hacienda Hotel in a remote Mayan village in Mexico. Together with a Mexican Industrial Designer and Engineer, she set up "Penta - Ingeniería Corporativa" a consultancy that mentored business start-ups and SMEs to develop value added products and services to achieve sustainable growth and enhanced sources of income. The remit covered designing eco-tourist circuits for the Yucatan peninsula, capacity building in business management, design and carpentry as well as quality assurance. Uta gained her grounding in strategic HR development and management of complex projects when working for Volkswagen Corporate Human Resources in Germany where she spent several years leading national and international projects on flexible working models, gender mainstreaming and dignity at work. Uta holds a masters degree in political science.

A Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Noemi’s academic qualifications are complemented by sixteen years of experience working in a variety of leading organisations including professional services (Legal 500), manufacturing (large national FMCG brand) and education. While practicing as a Generalist, her strengths are in the areas of Employee Relations and Employment Law, with extensive experience in managing organisational development and restructuring, case management of complex grievance and disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, unions relationship and performance management. In addition Noemi is committed to organisational development through continuous improvements, and has lead several external quality accreditation processes. Noemi holds a degree in Psychology, and is a member of the Spanish Association of Psychologists.

Andreas is a Senior Lecturer for Business Development at York St John University and has also held positions at Leeds Metropolitan University and the University of Plymouth. Andreas’ interests revolve around employment and responsibility in organisations. He has published articles in peer reviewed journals, contributed book chapters and presented at conferences on issues such as labour turnover, career development, entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility. He has focussed in particular on the management of human resources in tourism and the service industries more generally. Andreas has provided consultancy services for a range of private and public sector organizations, including a recent study on corporate social responsibility and reporting in global hotel chains. Andreas continues to work on the training and development of human resources with an emphasis on achieving staff engagement with sustainability strategies.

Catherine is an inspirational coach and mentor with a particular expertise in Self –Leadership and Leadership for Sustainability in an Organisational Development context. Over the past 20 + years she has participated in project teams working directly with project funding organisations such as the Department for International Development (DFID), the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR), the World Bank and the European Union. Catherine particularly enjoys working in a cross-cultural context using a range of dynamic facilitation methodologies, developing the success and effectiveness of project teams in Europe, Indonesia, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Australia. Catherine's breadth of assignments is demonstrated across many different industry sectors, for both government and corporate organisations, as well as providing services to SMES and non-government/third sector. Projects have covered coaching senior decision makers in making a critical next step career move; developing media based training and programmes for organisational change; mentoring social entrepreneurs in business start-ups; and working with disadvantaged adult learners. A current project involves setting up community - business - government partnerships for Geo-Tourism in Kenya. Catherine is passionate about Sustainability within Business Value Chains, and the Interconnectedness of Local and Global, People and our Planet.
